In this promotion the merchant will be able to create a promotion for a combo items and sale it for a flat price instead of discount on total purchase. For instance, a merchant can create a combo bundle deal for Beef Burger + Fries + Small Drink for $10 but when the user buy this items individually, it will cost them more.

Merchant can create a combo deal by combining more than one item from different groups and give a fixed discount on the cart value. Like other promotions in Timely, the merchant has to go through three different screens to create a new promotion.

In the first screen, the merchant needs to enter basic information about the promotions such as name, description, store details, and image. Also, when the user toggle the Hide Perk button, it will make this promotion exclusive to the users only with coupon code. The user can move forward to next screen only if all the details are validate and at least one store has been selected.

In the second screen, the merchant will configure their deal by filling in the following information.

  • Required items: The eligible items for this promotion along with number of items required to qualify for this promotion. This promotion requires at least two different types of items to make a combo. So, when the merchant click on Add another Item group, the same required item section will be replicated and the merchant can select another group of items for the combo promotion.
  • Set Flat Price: This is the total value of the combo items selected from the required items. User will be notified if they are putting the flat rate below 50% value of the total items selected but they can proceed further in their own discretion.
  • Extra charges: Some time the users needs to add extra items to the benefit items they receive. The merchant can choose to charge the customer for that extra items here.
  • Client selection: The merchant can decide whether this promotion available for all users or only to new clients. Which will help them attract new customer with exclusive offers for them
  • Overlapping or exclusion: By setting this option, merchant control whether this promotions can be mixed and matched with other promotions. By default, No Exclusive is selected which will enable the customer to mix and match with other options. Last option is Master Perk, where people can combine this promotion with other exclusive promotions.
