The first action a merchant is required to take in the merchant app is to set up their online presence. The merchant will browse through a predefined list of business categories and select all that apply. For instance, a restaurant can also be a bar, so if a particular business had the characteristics of both then both labels would be selected to represent this business.

After choosing the business category(s), the merchant will need to fill out the following information:

• The name of the business in our system — This can be the same or different from the enrolled business name.
• A short description of the business — The description will appear on the client’s mobile application.
• Phone number — The telephone number, including the country code.
• The business email.
• The business website (URL).
